Day 2 Unhyeongung Palace
Before i headed to Myeongdong, i decided to stop by Unhyeongung.
This was the private residence of Heungseon Daewongun, father of Emperor Gojong (1852-1919).
I was really excited to see the sign stating that there would be free admission during lunch time on weekdays!
Verdict:
You should visit on weekdays during lunch time (from 12 to 1).
(unless there are 'temporary exhibitions on traditional culture and events such as the royal costume experience program(held each month)')
